Woods I & II Bylaws

The primary purpose of the Woods I & II Bylaws is to establish and maintain rules of conduct conducive to a pleasant community. They also contain the information needed to run the POA in a sound and equitable manner. For example, the bylaws cover matters such as:

membership in the POA
how the meetings are conducted
the duties of the various offices of the board of directors
the actions of the board of directors, and
how many people are on the board

Covenants and Restrictions

The purpose of the Woods I & II Covenants and Restrictions is to provide for the development, maintenance, preservation and architectural control; to promote the health, safety and welfare; and to preserve the beautification of the properties for all present and future owners. A copy of the covenants and restrictions can be found here.
