The Woods I & II Dues
Monthly Dues
Dues are paid monthly, and are due by the end of each month. If a homeowner chooses to pay one year in advance, they receive a 5% discount. They are only eligible for the discount if their account is current at the time the check is received The one-year advance payment can be made at any time when the account is current; it simply covers the upcoming 12 month period.

Automatic Payment of Dues
At the request of many of our members, the board has agreed to establish an automatic direct payment plan through Southside Bank. To sign up for automatic payment of your monthly dues, please print this form and fill in the required information. Attach a voided check and mail the form to our bookkeeper at WPOA, PO Box 130191, Tyler, TX 75713-0191. Contact information is on the form if you need to check your account balance. Forms received at the office of the bookkeeper by the 14th day of the month will be drafted from your account on the 16th of the month and then on the 16th day of each month following. By using this payment plan, you will always be “on time” with your dues payments.
