- Is there a discount if I pay my dues for the entire year instead of month to month?
-
Dues are assessed monthly, and due by the end of each month. If a homeowner chooses to pay one year in advance, they receive
a 5% discount. They are only eligible for the discount if their account is current at the time the check is received. In
other words, if the balance on their account is more than $55 (one month of assessments) then they will not have the discount
applied. It does not matter what month of the year they choose to make a yearly payment. Some owners pay July 1 through
June 30 of next year, while others might pay January 1 to December 31. The one-year advance payment can be made at any time
when the account is current; it simply covers the upcoming 12-month period.
